Deborah Holt President

Deborah Holt is the founder and president of DH Training & Technology Consulting. Deborah has been working with law firms, corporate legal departments and businesses nationwide for over twenty years.

Deborah has been working with contact relationship management software since 1995. Her experience helping companies design and use this powerful application has given her a broad perspective on the complexity of making CRM a core part of an organization's business development strategy. Deborah is currently one of the co-chairs for the Northern California InterAction Users Group. Her contributions to the bi-monthly meetings earned her the distinct honor of being the first vendor to be invited to participate as a chairperson for the group. Deborah is also an ILTA presenter. Her most recent presentation, Educating Your Lawyers on the Value of Business Development, Marketing and CRM, was a great success at the 2009 National Conference in Washington, D.C..

Deborah served as the Executive Director of Halpern & Holt, Ltd., Training & Technology Consultants, for eight years. During her tenure, Deborah specialized in CRM consulting, leading focus groups, project management, developing train-the-trainer programs, high-level diagnostics and overall quality assurance.Deborah’s expertise and thorough understanding of the culture of law firms and corporate legal departments ensures clients receive the best return on their technology investment.
